Carp (fish)

Wild carp is just right for fans of hearty, healthy and natural fish. Our carp is caught in ecologically clean natural waters, has no foreign smells and tastes excellent. Its meat is similar in structure and taste to farmed carp, but it is firmer, juicier and has a slightly sweeter taste of its own. Right after the catch the fish is shock-frozen (or: delivered chilled, with the temperature strictly kept). This keeps the meat tender and firm and preserves all its useful micronutrients. Carp is a universal fish for cooking. Its meat is great for: • 🍳 Pan frying (until a golden crust forms). • 🥩 Baking whole in the oven with lemon, herbs or sour cream. • 🪵 Grilling on a mangal (shashlik) or on a grill (the firm meat doesn't fall apart or flake). • 🍲 Rich, thick fish soup (ukha).
