About this section

Meat by the carcass, the half carcass or the cut: lamb and mutton, goat, beef, horse, camel, poultry and rabbit. The card states the species, whether the meat is chilled or frozen, how it has been cut, and it carries a halal mark when the seller declares the slaughter followed the rite. Prices run per kilogram, usually with a minimum order beside them, which for one seller is half a carcass and for another a hundred kilograms. Most buyers collect in person, so the province filter earns its keep.

Chilled or frozen, which should I take?

Chilled meat suits a short haul and same-day cooking or a counter. Frozen keeps far longer and works as a reserve, though it loses some juice on thawing. The state is written on every card.

What does the halal mark mean?

It is the declaration of the seller that the slaughter followed the rite. The site does not verify it, so ask who performed it and request the paperwork of the abattoir if the meat is for resale or catering.

Carcass, half carcass or a single cut?

A whole carcass costs less per kilogram but you butcher it yourself and you need the cold storage. A cut is taken when one part is wanted. The card records which of the three is on offer.

How does the meat get to me?

That is settled with the seller, and some farms deliver in a refrigerated van of their own. Transport can also be booked separately through our Telegram bot, where hauliers reply with a price and a date.

Where does this meat come from?

Listings are placed by farms, abattoirs and household yards across Uzbekistan. Live animals for slaughter belong in the livestock branch, which is filtered by live weight, age and breed instead.
